Order Processing

Jones Soda processes all orders within 1-2 business days after your purchase. If you place an order during a weekend or holiday, the processing period begins on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Destinations and Timeframes

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping typically takes about 3-7 business days after your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Eligibility

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase. Orders that meet or exceed the free shipping threshold displayed at checkout qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Every shipment includes a tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates, as carrier scan delays can occur. If your tracking information shows no movement after one week, contact us via our contact page to assist you.

Handling Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, responsibility passes to the delivery address provided. If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, you should file a claim directly with the carrier. While Jones Soda will assist where possible, we cannot replace packages confirmed delivered to the correct address.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping details before submitting your order. If you realize an address mistake before your order ships, contact us immediately. We will try to correct it, but once the order has shipped, we cannot redirect or change the delivery address.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and report it to the carrier at time of delivery if possible. Then contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
